Changelog

• Announcements. Admin → Announcements puts a banner across the app, for everyone or for workspaces on chosen plans. Maintenance notices cannot be dismissed.
• Changelog. Entries are Markdown files in content/changelog. A dot in the user menu marks news you have not read yet, and there is an RSS feed.
• Feedback. User menu → Send feedback. Messages land in Admin → Feedback and are emailed to the contact address.

• Assistant. A chat page backed by Claude or OpenAI. Each reply reserves credits up front and settles on the tokens actually used.
• Realtime. Notifications and workspace changes are pushed to open tabs over server-sent events, fed by Postgres LISTEN/NOTIFY, so there is nothing new to run.

npm run setup asks a few questions, writes .env with fresh secrets, starts the database and seeds demo data. npm run billing:sync creates your plans at the payment provider, and npm run new:feature scaffolds a feature that already passes the checks.
